Name: Lisa Wise on Jan 4, 2013Comments: I don't ride along Lakeshore because it ifeels unsafe with the narrow lanes and cars not giving way to a cyclist. Bike lanes will always open up a way for cyclists to get around safely and are always valuable in the community.Flag

Name: Alison Griffiths on Jan 4, 2013Comments: I avoid Lakeshore because there is no safe route for cyclists. As this is a main commuter route east\west there certainly should be bike lanes. Other cities like Calgary and Guelph have long ago seen the benefit of providing bike lanes on major routes.Flag

Name: David Thomas on Jan 4, 2013Comments: I have cycled along the Lakeshore myself and one of the issues that keeps from doing so more often is the fact that Lakeshore is quite busy and lacks a bike lane. A bike lane would be an excellent addition to this otherwise great cycling route.Flag
