Comments: I live in Burlington, and I think it's such a shame to be on wasted waterfront. All that water, nice sandy beach, and I'm scared to swim in it.

Comments: We rely on natural resource heavily though our largest freshwater natural resources is polluted we should be making efforts with newer technologies to capture drain/fowl water also have more random shore line water tests done by an independent body that can tell us if we need to investigate businesses that pollute in the lake and or gov’t - OPG nuclear contamination of local water ways. We need to develop a method to filter the lake water in months of sorts. Perhaps also install more Wind Turbines on shore lines and help power consumption levels. More studies on the fish population will always yield good results of the health of the lake. Cleaning the fundamental rivers that supply water to the lake is needed Don River Toronto Ont. Also cleaning up places with heavy industry that continue to dominate the local economy, and the physical manifestations of this industry (mills, smokestacks, and industrial air and water pollution) remain visible along Hamilton’s harbourfront.

Comments: I bike to the waterfront throughout my summers and it's always so depressing knowing I can't go swimming. I don't see why it hasn't been cleaned yet. Even from an economic standpoint there is a lot of business to be made from it, is there not? Clean lake would lead to more visitors, which would in turn lead to more restaurants opening in the areas, a lot fo money to be made there isn't there?
