Hello Tenants of Lake Point Terrace,

Do you believe the conditions in your building need to be improved upon?  Have you been asking for some things to be fixed (i.e. leaky faucets, broken doors, malfunctioning toilets, shady characters/non-residents hanging out in the hallways, etc.?) and it's taken longer than a month or more to fix? Have you tried discussing what can be done with the current management office to no avail?

These common problems of the building do not have to continue; if we the tenants are willing to work together as a group, we can be successful in getting the building OWNER (Barry Mandel of the Mandel Group) to recognize the lax treatment of the current management staff and improve services and in turn, the apartments quality of life.

Once we have at least on hundred (100) signatures a formal letter will be submitted to Mr. Mandel on behalf of us, the Tenants of Lake Point Terrace.
