Many American's strive to have and maintain a job; however, what happens when an individual is working a vigorous job with little to non benefits and low pay? Many students here at the University of South Florida are unaware of that these people stand right before them in there resident halls. Custodians are expected to finish various tasks that are far from being easy and are very time consuming. Although, you may argue that this is part of there job it is undeniable to ignore the fact that many of these people have to work another job just to pay their bills. These people are important to building our economy yet, they do not receive the same rights as other workers. Custodians are treated as if they are unequal to other workers and it is our duty to make people aware of the poor conditions they work in and the benefits they lack. It is time to recognize and reward people with the same equality by helping to enforce a law that grants future employees rights to work in a good healthy environment.
