LABOUR PETITION

When any local or international companies can afford to makes use of labour brokers whatsoever proof that these companies can afford to pay all workers a descent salary. Instead, they make use of labour brokers who now pay you as a worker less than half of what they receive from these companies, for your hard day’s work.

In result, here in South Africa the worker has no benefits, no medical aid, no pension fund, retirement fund, no housing subsidy, you are now turn into a backyard dweller or squatter, just because you unable to afford a home loan or qualify for Government Subsidise Housing opportunity.

That company is now guilty of CULTURAL GENOCIDE, oppressing the Indigenous people of South Africa, because companies within South Africa own and control by non-indigenous people or countries, controlling our lands, resources and sea, taking away our traditional activities, therefore considered this as CULTURAL GENOCIDE.

There is no legislatives that protect these workers being underpaid unfair dismissals, discrimination, and unfair or unlawful daily deductions for these labour brokers so called services, which actually doing nothing to earn it.

The South African Constitution, the Department of Labour, Unions, Public Protector, and the SAHRC do not protect or could not protect these workers against unfair labour practices.

Unless Government wants another Marikana Massacre” because the Lonmin Mines were making use of a labour broker.

Your signature to this LABOUR PETITION would aid our complaint and recommendations to the ILO, United Nations, European Union, African Union, Commonwealth, South African government, the international communities, local & international companies, foreign embassies, political parties, unions, civil organisations, human rights organisation, Equality Court, SADC and to the International Courts of Justice for the removal of all labour brokers to the work place and for the ratification of the Convention 169 ILO.

This is the greatest steps towards poverty alleviation, poverty reduction, better then receiving financial aid to reduce poverty from whomever.

By forcing the South African government to implement the UNDRIP and the ratification of the Convention 169 ILO will stop local and international companies to abuse and oppress workers as slaves. Even non-indigenous workers will be protected and benefit through this LABOUR PETITION.

It is just logical; no company will lose any of their profits once they pay the workers directly then to include labour brokers who deduct a daily fee for their so-called services. Just pay the workers what you give to the labour brokers before deductions without giving any increases to their salary.
