mr director we would like you to change the labor crew leader 2 job requirements to give a fair change to those city employee that have been here more then 2 years as a civil service status, on the aeo2 job requirements say that you have to be a operator 1 before you can jump to a operator 2 please do the right thing for your employees who have give all this years of service
