In the light of the recent report published by Mossack Fonseca, an International law firm. The report is popularly known as Panama Leaks. I'm starting this petition because I want to play my role in the progressive struggle of my country so that I will be able to die a satisfied death by knowing that I did everything which I could in every possible capacity.

Panama report was comprised of millions of documents , 11.5 million financial and legal records to be exact, and it contained names of many International power players whether they be government officials, head of the states, actors, politicians or player etc.

Panama reports opened a new pandora box through out the world and exposed many black sheeps who evade tax, loot money from their respective countries and launder it off shore through different secretive companies which enable them to carryout several wrong doings and crimes. Probes in England, France, Russia and even India etc. have been started. The Prime Minister of Iceland resigned from his seat because his name was also included in the list of many.

In the huge list of such reprobates, the Prime Minister of Pakistan Mr. Mian Muhammad Nawaz Sharif and his son and daughter were also included. The family's several off-shore shell companies were exposed which were used by them to evade tax. According to the report, the money of such tax evasion is later on used in many wrong doings and crime. After reading the report I feel very shameful to have such a person as the chief executive of my country. The shocking facts impelled me to break silence and urge my fellow countrymen to come out and take some step against this. My fellow countrymen, my brothers, my sisters and my elders. This is not about an individual, this is not about a party, this is not about an institution, this is not about a personality. THIS IS ABOUT PAKISTAN. PAKISTAN BANANEY MEIN 50 LAKH LOGON NE JANEIN DI THEEN, HUM ISEY AIK BANDEY KI WAJAH SE BARBAAD NAHI KAR SAKTEY. No matter what political party you belong to or are a supporter of, this is the time to be united and Stand for Pakistan. Ao bata dein k hum zinda qoum hai.

Mein kuch batein urdu mein karna chahoon ga k jo loug urdu na samajh sakein woh iska ghalat matlab samajh kar baat ko ghalat matlab na de dein. Mere buzurgo, bhaiyo aur behno! Pakistan hamrey baron ki bohat si qurbaniyon k baad bana tha. Ye is liye nahi bana tha k yahan per daku aut looterey hakoomat karein balkey ye is liye bana tha k yahan insaaf ki hukmarani hou aur logon ko khasoosan un k haqooq mil sakein. Halan k agar awam kuch karna chahey tou kuch bhi na mumkin nahi howa karta. Is ki misaal Iceland k lougon se milti hai jinho ne Panama Leaks k baad apne PM k resign ka mutalba kiya aur PM ko majbooran resign karna para. Mere Pakistaniyo aj ye baat kisi party ya insaan ki nahi hai balke Pakistan ki hai. Nawaz sharif aur unki family ka pardah jis report be fash kiya usi report ne dunya k aur bohat se mulkon k politicians ka bhi pardah fash kiya. Sari dunya mein aik shadeed rade amal aya aur investigations start hoin lekin Pakistan mein baat ghumaney aur ilzaam tarashi ka silsila jari raha.

Sab se pehle hamein ye dekhna hoga k report asal mein kehti kya hai.

Report k mutabiq Nawaz Sharif aur unki beti Maryam Nawaz aur betey Hussain Nawaz bohat si berooney mulk(off-shore) shell companies k malik hain. Jin mein se 2 Nielson Enterprises aur Nescoll limited hain. Ye 2 companies 1993-94 mein nawaz sharif k pehley dour-e-hakoomat mein banein. Ye England ki aik rayasat mein qaim hoin aur in companies k zariye England mein bohat si real estate properties khareedi gayein aur Deutsche bank se 13.8$ ka qarza bhi hasil kiya gaya. Is k ilawa aur bohat si companies hussain nawaz k naam hain. Yaad rahey k yeh sari companies Pakistan se money laundering kar k England mein kharidi gayein aur money laundering ka sab se bara saboot khud Finance minister Ishaq dar ka affidavit hai jis mein unho ne money laundering qabool ki.

Sharif Family abhi bhi in sab ilzamaat ko rad kar rahi hai lekin yaad rahe k 90 ki dihayi mein jab Sharif family per Mayfair apartments khareedney ka ilzaam tha tou unho ne tab bhi usey jhutlaya tha lekin kuch arsa pehle hussain nawaz ne geo k aik program mein Mayfair apartment ko qabool kiya aut waqt k sath sath ye sab aur bhi achey se sabit ho jaye ga.

Yahan ye batana zaroori hai k shell companies ka asal matlab kya hai? Shell companies asal mein aisi fake companies hoti hain jin ki madad se corruption aur money laundering ka paisa black se kuch had tak white kiya jata hai aur tax se bacha jata hai. In shell companies ka maqsad business karna nahi bal k black money ko mahfooz karna hota hai. Business karna koi boori baat nahi, lekin agar hukmaran ki olad business karey tou ye conflict of interest hai aur agar ye business na jayiz paise se ho tou na qabil-e-qabool hai. Ye sara paisa sharif khandaan k un kick backs ki wajah se aya jo unho ne metro type projects mein hasil kiye tou kabhi qatar gas pipeline project ki soorat mein aur Pakistan ka loota howa paisa bahir le jaya gaya.

Mein yahan ye poochna chahta hoon k Sharif khandaan k mutabiq agar ye paisa corruption ka nahu hai tou ye aya kahan se aur agar ye jayiz paisa hai tou isey bahir k milk rakhney ki kya zaroorat hai? Aur jab Nawaz Sharif ki olaad ka apna paisa bahir hai tou woh kis mun se foreign investment k liye tours kartey hain? Mossack Fonseca k Panama leaks ko Pakistan mein hi kyun jhoota bataya ja raha hai jab k Iceland k PM ko inhi leaks ki wajah se resign karna para? Agar Panama leaks waqayi fraud hai tou ab tak Hakoomat-e-Pakistan ne is barey mein koi action kyun nahi liya aur un per case kyun nahi kiya? Uski wajah ye hai k report bilkil sach hai.

Pakistaniyo hamein is waqt kisi party ki nahi balkey apney zammer ki sun'ni chahiye aur Pakistan ko support karna chahiye. Burayi k khilaad aur apney haq k liye larna jihaad hai aur burayi ka sath dena jurm! Ye petition sign kar k apna hissa dalein aur Pakistani honey ka saboot dein. Following is our charter of demands and by signing this petition, you agree to all of the demands and clauses.

1. P.M Nawaz Sharif should resign from this position as soon as possible. The position is not his own but given by the nation as per the law and as they say. No body is above Pakistan and Pakistani nation. Every law is made to serve the country and its people. Democracy means 'Govt. of the people, Govt. by the people and Govt. for the people' so if the nation wants something back which they gave him then, shouldn't think twice.

2. Right after the P.M's resignation, his name should be put in the ECL and everyone else's name who is named in the Panama reports especially Maryam Nawaz, his daughter. If somehow they manage to go abroad, the authorities would be responsible and they should be investigated under the same charges and given punishment instead.

3. Hussain Nawaz, the son of P.M Nawaz Sharif, should be brought back to Pakistan through interpol.

4. The Supreme Court should take a Sue Motto action on this report and refer the case to the Military courts or whatever the procedure might be. The case should be processed in the Military courts. No one should be astounded because the Military is of Pakistan and the courts have been made under the Pakistan's constitution as a result of 21st amendment.

5. The case is of serious nature and includes the accusations of Economic terrorism, therefore it should be referred to the Military courts under the National action Plan 2015. This is because the accusations are of a serious nature and the Report itself claims to have exposed a system which enables to carryout wrong doings and crimes through the secretive off-shore companies.

6. A committee should be made on basis which should include the respective members of FIA, NAB, Ministry of Finance, at-least one serving judge of the High Court, officials of IB, officials of MI, officials of ISI and officials of Rangers. The Ministry of Interior should also be on board to contact the respective embassies to get every needed document and information.

7. The officials of Mossack Fonseca who have prepared this report should be made part of the investigation. Every required information and document should be taken in hand and made public.

8. The Supreme court of Pakistan should provide every assistance in the creation of such investigation committee.

9. The laws should be amended, if needed, and this should be done as a result of the strong desire of the people of Pakistan and to safeguard the interests of Pakistan for which this law has been made.

10. The Supreme Court of Pakistan should play its role and do everything it can.

11. The investigation should be done from every aspect and dimension and should investigate the money laundering and the look for the funding and facilitation provided to any terrorist group.

12. The hearings should be made public.

13. Every development in the case and findings of the investigation committee should be made public.

14. If the investigations lead to any further disclosure then, every person involved should also be put in ECL and brought back through Interpol if required.

15. Any person whose name is disclosed as stated in the clause no. 10 above should also be investigated and his trial should also be done similarly.

16. If the accusations are proved right, the P.M and all the other people involved should be given serious punishments and all the looted money should be brought back.

17. If the accusations are proved right, the govt. should be sent home and mid-term elections should be held.

18. PML(N) should be banned from carrying out any type of an activity within Pakistan, if the accusations are proved right.

19. Nawaz Sharif, his family and everyone found guilty should be banned from carrying out any activity in Pakistan, if the accusations are proved right.

20. If the accusations are proved right then, the properties should be grabbed, bank accounts be blocked and business should be taken in custody by the Pakistan Bait-ul-Maal and should be spent of welfare activities.

21. If the accusations are not proved right then, the govt. of Pakistan should raise the issue in International forums and case be filed against the officials who prepared this report, for maligning an elected govt. of Pakistan.

22. The investigation committee should submit its findings in a well period of 3 months and 15 days from the day if its creation.

23. The Military court bench should give its verdict in a well period of 4 months after its creation.

24. Both the bench and investigation committee should be dissolved once the verdict is given.

25. The govt. and the Supreme court should adopt, accept and fulfill these demands as soon as possible or otherwise the Nation will protest against the both from Khyber to Karachi and from Kashmir to Gawadhar.
