We, the citizens of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, demand that the legal costs resulting from the 2011-2012 redistricting dispute be paid by the political parties involved and NOT by the taxpayers.

To participate in political squabbles and stick the taxpayers with the bill is wrong.  Pay from your own pockets.
