No D.L.; 10 YEARS OR MORE;Resitution for pain and suffering. Made to campaign against street racing by speaking to schools...campaigning at such places as The California State Fair...handing out flyers at Malls, grocery store, hospitals, concerts, etc. A life taken away because of someone elses bad judgement...the individual(s) killed had no choice.

    Comments: street racers should be aware that they could kill, and therefore should be liable for all the consequences of those actions. Street racing should not carry a fine, it should be against the law as an illegal act punishable by imprisonment.
