Comments: This incident is to be condemned, but I sincerely hope that Melanie can be reinstated. So long as she has learned a lesson from this!

Comments: Surely it's punishment enough being married to a cretinous liability... Give Melanie her job back.

Comments: As an atheist and a sceptic I consider myself a reasonable person and whereas death threats are no joke Mealine does not deserve being fired for her carelessness in allowing her husband to put your company in such poor light. I implore you to reconsider the decision to end her employment in your company.

Comments: Melanie Kroll should not be punished for her carelessness by dismissal from her position. The fact that she is married to Chuck Kroll should be more than ample punishment.

Comments: Just because she has a less then grace full husband does not mean that she should be punished in such a strong manner. I am not saying that she should not be punished but the firing was a bit of an overly large punishment. I hope that 1-800-flowers would find that there is some other more reasonable punishment for Mrs. Kroll other than her termination.

Comments: Given that she works out of her home, failing to secure her company email from her husband seems like a pretty negligible oversight on her part - hardly woth getting fired over.
