Get rid of Km5r as Admin!

The petition

There aren't many people that like km5r, and those that do like her, or don't really care about her are the people that never saw what skewed policies and rules that are made up on the spot she enforces.

Therefore this petition, because km5r may not be the reason LW is losing activity, but she certainly is one of the reasons.
