We the people of St. Joseph county should have a swim area for the public in St. Joseph. Yes, i know many, many years ago, people have died because their parents did not watch them, or a boat didn't see them. Well, that was then. Now most parents watch their kids. I think the swim area should be away from the loading docks for boats. if you opened a swim area for the public, many people would be able to enjoy the refreshing water of Klinger Lake.
