Name: Abdulahi Mahamad on Jun 6, 2007Comments: It is revolting to say the least that, the NDP Government of Saskatchewan wants to continue the victimazations of these innocent citizens. I am almost certain, this prosecutor would not have been able to continue this abuse of process without funds from taxpayers. Enough is enough.Flag

Name: Nanette Moffatt on Jun 6, 2007Comments: I am outragged that the government stands but someone who has broken a criminal code law 465.1B and will spend my tax money to defend Miazga. Does anyone see anything wrong here If Miazga wants to go to the Supreme Court let him go but not on my tax dollar . Klassen should be given the money owed him and let him try to put his life back together, but no, he has to wait until Miazga decides what if anything he is going to do. Anyone see anything wrong with this Why do only some have to live by the law How dare the government stand by a criminalFlag

In fact again correct me if Im wrong They all have been rewarded. Hurricane Carter quit AIDWYC because they said NOTHING over Guy Paul Morins prosecutor becoming a judge. kangaroojustice.com is proud to support you in correcting this trend in the Canadian "Just Us" System. Just us lawyers and police. Are the press supporting you this Robert Stewart (17 years wrongfully convicted)Flag

The obvious tyranny and oppression will continue, become more extreme, given the financial with out restriction collective benefits. Demanded must be a level of public accountability strong enough to penetrate the obvious culture of self-protection. He is indirectly saying he doesn't believe the judge. The children involved have already admitted they lied to the authorities. Wake up and smell the coffee Frank. I wonder how many other lives Frank has assisted in ruiningFlag

Name: Lee Ewert on Jun 9, 2007Comments: It's a sad commentary on the lack of justice in Saskatchewan when the inability of a few people in power to admit their mistakes becomes an internationally known source of shame for an entire province. The fact that Saskatchewan taxpayers are funding this egomania is both insulting and obscene; if the individuals involved were forced to use their own funds to defend themselves (as the Klassens were), there is little doubt that this case would have been wound up years (and millions of dollars) ago.Flag

The Klassens should get 10 times what they were promised in damages because no body can see the HELL they went through unless you go through it yourself. Pay they the money owed and let them get on with there lives.Flag

Name: Marie Karner on Jun 14, 2007Comments: Dear Minister Quennell: Your decision to continue to back Mr. Miazga is wrong. Are you suggesting that the three judges who ruled that 16 individuals were maliciously prosecuted made incorrect decisions What about the compensation paid out to these same people who the judges ruled were maliciously prosecuted Are you suggesting the NDP Saskatchewan government made this payment in error You are the Minister of Justice, Mr. Quennell. Saskatchewan people expect and deserve to know why it is that you continue to back Mr. Miazga. The writing is on the wall: the NDP are not going to be re-elected for another term. Alot of the public's discontent has to do with blatantly flawed decisions such as this latest one to continue to back Mr. Miazga. Saskatchewan people are losing faith and trust in the Calvert government. May I suggest that you re-think your position, and publicly apologize to the 16 individuals who continue to be maliciously prosecuted through actions such as those most recently taken by you. Shame on you, Mr. Minister!Flag
