Comments: HELLO!! we have a property that is totally surrounded by commercial buisnesses, yet council feels that the land should sit empty for who knows how long!! Perhaps council should form a commitee, that can then hire some consultants to tell us in ten years how much tax revenue the city has missed out on, YET AGAIN!!!

Comments: I hope that the counselors could reconsider their decision. Allow , Lowes to build here. Or is there something else going on Like not wanting the competition for the other stores here.

Comments: This City Council is a disgrace. Listen to the people of Kingston before jumping to a decision that does not make sense. Make room for more Call Centres... because everyone locally can benefit from them!... ya right!

Comments: There is much unused industrial land around Kintston which lies vacnat and yet council turns down an opportunity to utilize a piece of land because it is zoned industrial instead of commercial. Get real. The Alcan property is obviously unused industrial as is the old cable plant off Gardiners Road. We need more forward thinking in coucil which is in touch with reality.
