Mike Nolan, councilman and Joe Colern, building inspector should step down from their positions within the Town of Elma government for breach of duty and ethical shortcomings immediately.
Their poor judgement, selfish motives and actions have harmed Elma residents. They have also damaged the Town of Elma's reputation by serving with an attitude of privilege instead of as public servants.
It is time for them to go.
