King Kobra was one of the best SF (Street Fighter) designs ever!!! I saw potential in him. Black characters in the gaming world have been generalized as thuggish and is always assumed to be up to no good. King Kobra showed something different and Capcom pretty much said "screw the people" and gave us Rufus. Let your voice(s) be heard and lets show Capcom on how serious we are about King Kobra and how they can be one of the few companies to make a change. .
