February 20 2013, My daughter was murdered by her husband and he then killed himself leaving 3 Small children. I have temporary custody of 5 & 6 yr.old. The paternal grandmother asked detective if we would take kids with us. Paternal grandmother has not check on kids since April 2013. May 6th was my court date for permanent guardianship when paternal grandmother files to contest me having permanent guardianship. This woman had no relationship with children before her son murdered my daughter, because she disapproved of my daughter. My daughter always said they were toxic and trouble makers. I want to raise my grand children in a loving,quite and Christian home.
