Our group is sponsoring this petition to enact federal and state laws to protect the health and safety of peace and law abiding citizens to have the legal right to \"terminate\" by whatever means necessary loud car stereo boomers who impose their acoustical wave pressure form violence against those peace and law abiding citizens in their communities against their will and consent and thereby do harm the public health and safety.
