The State of NC is manidating that all childcare teachers work towards a Doctorate Education, if any employee with the state whether they are a cook, volunteer or owner has to achieve or will be forced to terminate or close. The State of NC subsidy pay at this time is paying centers from a 2007 pay scale. Childcare centers will be forced to close with the state wanting to start taking care of the children two years and up. This has to change or more businesses in the State of NC will close causing more job lose and more demand for the Smart Start and More at Four Programs to open. Who will take care of the two and under, will the State of NC start a program for those needs? All centers, home daycares and teachers need to demand change now.
