Any kid under the age of 12 should never be trialed for toy guns,paintguns,water guns. BB guns, all boys likes to play cowboys and indians, or want to be a super hero, some are being bullied and being ignored by school authorities, when a kid under age 12 have to go through trials in courts they never understand why. me as a parent never allowed my kid to play with toy guns, but it does not structure them to not see one and pick it up, if this is a LAW, they should stary by banning from sellers, there is no intent for harm with toy guns, regardless what it may appears to look like. if anything for 1st offense should be council, no kid under the age of 12 should have to serve time nor deal with CPS for having a toy gun its within little boys nature some LAWS mentally affects these beings.
