The children of McKinley Elementary School in Burbank, California deserve to see the world around them as much as children at Rodeo Elementary School in Beverly Hills or Fox Meadow School in Scarsdale New York. With money tight, though, our parents can't raise enough to do what the school district, state and federal governments should be doing in the first place: fully funding education!
