We, the undersigned, hereby PETITION the Jordan School District Board of Education to revise the current budget to provide busing for students who live more than 1/2 mile from an elementary school and 1 mile from a middle school or high school, and that this be implemented withing the current budget of $415.3 million and within future budgets, without reducing teacher-to-student ratios. We realize that this will require a reduction in administrative and capitol spending to a common-sense, reasonable level.
