Please sign below !!!! I am going to court in the next few weeks and will be attempting to gain full custody of my son Khol that si why I need everyones help with this petition. Recently it has gotten out to his biological father that I am seeking custody and his reply is that Im in for a fight. His father makes a considerable amount of money and has more resources and im worried would be looked at as a more suitable lifestyle for a child then me. That is one of the reasons Im making this petition. The other reasons are that is father has not been there whatsoever. He has told me he refuses to pay child support and that he doesn\'t want to see his son, so why fight for custody Because he likes to fight. Why would someone put a baby in the middle like this just to hurt another Im not sure, but I know he is trying to do this to my son. He is not and never has been a good person, but I cant say I regret getting involved with him or I wouldnt have the amazing gift I have right now who is Khol. Khol is my life, he has been my life since the day I found out I was having a baby. His fathers response was to \"stop complicating his life\", so I made the choice expecting to be doing this alone, like I have been since day one.
