To, The Office Bearers, KGA Committee 2010-11 Bangalore Sub: Prudence in mailing content on the KGA mailing List Sir/Madam, This is with reference to the content we receive on our e-mail addresses that we provided at the time of joining the KGA. In the recent past we have received some mails which are unrelated to the KGA or Goa The body of the e-mail has at times been of an offensive nature to certain members. In keeping with the unwritten intent with which we have supplied our e-mail addresses we request that a) E-mails relevant ONLY to KGA Events or pertinent to Goa/ Goan activities be sent to us b) NO PERSONAL REMARKS/COMMENTS FROM WHOMSOEVER in the body of the mail c) KGA notices, if any, that need to be served by an office bearer can be published in the Goenkar. This will also be in the spirit of fairness to those without internet access d) If required please maintain a separate mailing list for people like us who do not wish to engage in any personal interaction and who wish to save themselves from being spammed with content that is not of interest or use Yours faithfully,
