To: New Jersey Governor Jon Corzine:
We the undersigned call on you to announce and immediately implement a statewide moratorium on the use of eminent domain used against private private where in no traditional public use is the purpose. Please end all seizure now and contiue it until the Legislature has the time to correct the error of the laws governing Eminent Domain for private gain. Wherever a profit is made from this process, it must stop.
We shall appreciate your attention to this matter.
