    Comments: I don't think that NASCAR has any just cause in suspending Harvick when there have been incidents in the past that have been much worse and have gone relatively unpunished. Furthermore, it is hard to believe NASCAR when it offers absolutely no proof that there was any reason to bring Harvick off the track, much less supend him. Lastly, if NASCAR wants to set a precedent--fine. But they'd better be prepared to suspend the next driver who commits the same or similar actions.

They let Tony Stewart do things like a number of times last year and nothing was done.I thikn that something should have been done to Coy when he spun Kevin out. Nascar wants someone that they can make a example of so why not Kevin. Why did you not do this last year before it got out of hand in the first place.

    Comments: I will always stand behind Kevin Harvick!! What he did today in no way deserved suspension. What he did at Bristol in no way deserved that fine. Kevin is a huge draw for nascar and this is a huge mistake. I, like many others, am sick of nascar and their dumba$$ rules. What Kevin does is not detrimental to this sport. On the contrary, he helped make a rain delay the 2nd highest rated sports show. A rain delay!! What is detrimental to your sport is playing favorites the way you do. Like it or not nascar dictators, Kevin Harvick is loved. Nascar has many fans because of him and some others you pick on. Leave the boys alone and them race. There are so many other drivers who get away with much more than what Kevin does and it's all B.S.!! What's good for the goose should be good for the gander. The only thing Kevin Harvick is guilty of is racing hard, trying to win, and giving his fans all he's got on the track and off. Quit ripping him for it!!!!!!

    Comments: I disagree with Nascar's decision to suspend Kevin Harvick in the Winston Cup Race, I believe Nascar's rulings on all these happenings on and off the track has been very, very inconsistant. Very disappointed on your decision!!! Kevin has been the one who brought me back to stock car racing in 2001, I just love watching his aggressivness on the track.....I remember stock car racing in Hawaii, when I was in the 5th grade, a long,long time ago....but Kevin has brought me back to it.....GO KEVIN!!!

Nascar needs to take a good LONG Look at ALL the drivers, Kevin is NOT the only one that has caused problems this year but at least he takes it like a MAN!! Nascar has this Sport becoming SOOOO Boaring its NOT even funny, Get Off Ur Soapbox NASCAR and Let them RACE!! Geez the rules these days!!!! or lack thier of NASCAR if your gonna make a rule STICK with it STOP changing it ever other race and one more thing Just because of the sponser on the car shouldnt have ANYTHING to do with the way things are handled and thats just what is happening these days. Fans LOVE the DRAMA of it all and NACSAR it killing it for ALL of us. Its really SAD!!!!

How many fans at martinsville are now going to be thourougly disappointed to not see Kevin race Week after week it is just amazing at how inconsistent and moronic NASCAR is with manufacturer aero rules and driver suspensions/probations, the only thing that is consistent is that NASCAR will find some way to screw it up and make it worse. Way to screw up a once great sport.

    Comments: NAZICAR is about to lose a fan! I have been a NASCAR fan since 1993 and a race fan since the late 70's, when my grandfather used to take me to the local short tracks. I have been a Rusty Wallace fan since I became a NASCAR fan but nobody has excited me like Kevin Harvick and i have split my devotion. I feel that NASCAR has been unfair to Kevin, with respect to actions taken against other drivers including Rusty, since he became a Winston Cup driver. Many of the actions taken by NASCAR as of late could cause me to add NASCAR to my list of boycots, which include Major League Baseball. I LOVE racing but I do not like NASCARS inconsistencies as of late. Probationary Fan Matt Dryden

    Comments: Another case where NASCAR makes up the rules (or changes their interpretation) as they desire. I've been following NASCAR for thirty years, and I'm just about fed up with the way the sport has evolved. The races use to be exciting and fun to watch, now they might as well just pick the winner in advance, give them the check and trophy, and not waste the air time. I think NASCAR has forgot what made them unique. Thank God the final round of the Masters is on today....at least in golf the same rules apply to all contestants... and they don't change them in the middle of a tournament.

    Comments: the 20 truck (gibbs) spun at least 2 other trucks out during the race and nothing was done about it. i can't express how bad nascar has become at penalty consistincy. they are losing many fans over this as well as trying to make all cars totally equal (IROC) not nascar anymore.
