For years, the beach access has been inaccessible to people who are handicapped, people who have a hard time climbing stairs, let alone the sand hill getting to and from the beach. The other streets that have beach access have a walkway right on to the beach with no steps to climb and no sand hill/dune. Let's make a change to better the life of people who love the beach and who don't have to stay in the summerhouse and listen to the ocean b/c they can't manuever the steps.
