Name: Anonymous on Jan 31, 2007Comments: I sent this email to Steve Dyson. Dear Mr Dyson, My name is Joanne Southerd and I am writing to you to express my outrage at the fact that Kerrang! Radio is being closed down. I am 15 years old and I am a massive fan of the station. I would like to state the fact that Kerrang! is the only alternative radio station availiable and it has many dedicated listners. I always wake up to the Ugly Phil Breakfast Show, and I always fall alseep to Tim Shaw's Asylum, your problem. I agree that Tim Shaw is controversial, but he is also clever, witty and hilarious! If people do not agree with his gutsy antics then they simply should not listen to the show. Tim Shaw calls himself the "Liberator of UK Radio", and I believe this to be true. During December 2006 / January 2007 Tim aired his interview with Holocaust survivor Kitty Hart-Moxon. This seven-hour feature was gripping and inspirational and proves what a great man Tim Shaw is. According to Wikipedia, he has 10 A-Grade GCSEs and 2 degrees with First Class Honours! I am totally destroyed that I am about to loose the only radio station I find interesting. I think you will find that Kerrang! Radio has many many fans who will all be as angry and upset as me. Please, I am begging you, do not close Kerrang! Radio!! I hope it helps :'(Flag
