We, the undersigned, petition the Kern City Civic Association to eliminate the ruling of "no jumpin, no diving" in the 9 ft section of the Kern City Pool

While we understand why the diving board was removed, we feel this restriction is unnecessary and unrealistic.  The purpose of a 9 foot section of a pool is to safely be able to jump or dive into the pool.
