    Comments: This is the worst Post office I have ever been to. I have lived in this neighborhood for 23 years and refuse to go to it. I am disabled and there is no place to park a car. You must always wait in line a minimum 45 minutes even to buy a stamp. The workers move as slowly as possible. The managers never care. if you have to pick-up a package, they can never find it. They never deliver the packages to your home, or redeliver if you ask them to. I had to go back inside where they keep the packages once to force them to find my package. They wanted ID. I got out my wallet and then forgot it. I returned two minutes later, but they said it wasn't there. I knew it was there. I remember exactly where i had left it. I received it in the mail from the post office a week later with all the cash missing. This was on Christmas Eve 2000. I had to have all my credit cards stopped and reissued that evening, ruining my holiday and making all sorts of problems because of Y2K. This place needs a major overhaul and more workers who are trained to be polite and efficient. In addition there should be parking available for the handicapped at least. There is a huge parking lot there that never seems to be even one-third full, and this is not made available to the public.

    Comments: Kensington Post Office is truly awful. Some of the workers are very rude and contemptuous of customers. They don't try to hide it. Staff seem to work very slowly and have chats while long lines barely move. There apparently is no supervision. If there is any it is highly ineffective. Now that there is a machine I rarely go to the lines to see an employee. I'd rather do anything than deal with them. The letter carriers are very nice but the people in the PO are awful. It is very sad that this goes on year after year and no one seems to care that a whole neighborhood is being mistreated by a service we pay for--and it keeps increasing all the time. Please do something. There are lots of people in need of jobs. If people have a bad attitude they should be let go and others who want to work with customers should replace them. Thank you for your attention to our plight in Kensington.

    Comments: They have "lost" a number of packages and then after complaining they miraculously reappear after a week. There is only one nice Asian lady that works there and all of the other employees are constantly yelling at her. I think they are being racist.

    Comments: 11218 is the worst post office in the world. You have to come there and check it yourself. You will be treated like a garbage or not treated at all.
