Name: Orville Kiser on May 13, 2009Comments: I this is a great way to bring fresh local produce to our neighborhood. I often shop at green market in Grand Army Plaza but it is a way from our area and inconvenient. This would be most welcome. Good way for our community to support the local farm as well.Flag

Name: Katherine Fry on May 14, 2009Comments: I live in Windsor Terrace and I would be thrilled to have a Green market in the neighborhood. We have to drive to get good local produce in this neighborhood. It would be so much easier for me and my family if it were close by. I would make good use of it.Flag

Name: Sara Franklin on May 18, 2009Comments: Yes, yes, yes! A greenmarket would bring fresh, minimally-processed, healthy food into Kensington. Really good produce is very hard to come by in our neighborhood, and Greenmarkets are a great way to bring the community together outdoors. K-Town is such a great neighborhood, and has so much cultural richness to offer, but there are few venues that foster a real sense of community like a Greenmarket would!Flag
