Kellogg Road does not need stones and tar.   We are still sweeping the stones out of our property entrance from the previous stone application from a few years back . We feel the property tax that we pay should cover these costs and we should not be paying what you call a special assessment .

        The tar and stones don't fix all the dips and bad spots in the road and last time they just tar and stoned right over them .  It does a lot of damage to blacktop driveways as the stones embed into them .

        Therefore we are petitioning to not have our street unnecessarily preserved and or not having our property tax increased to cover these costs .
