I only hope our holiday (now on the 24th June to Turkey) will be a good one. I have spent a small fortune on telephone calls and repeat visits to the travel agents. Utter nightmare and will revert to alwsys going abroad with Thomsons in the future.Flag

What First Choice has done is absolutly disgusting, we had to contact them to arrange a alternative holiday and the even woman in the shop didn't know anything about the closure. Have taken another holiday not very happy with it, felt under duress to take as there was nothing else coming in within budget and they were asking silly extra money for the places and times we wanted. Lost our childs free place and the price was bumped up even further because the AI place we swapped to had the age range of 2-11 instead of 2-12. Our son is 12 so we had to pay adult fare for him. First choice would not honour anything and the woman we spoke to on the phone the first time basically said that 1 more to cancel would not matter as over 200 had already done so. Never Again will I travel with First Choice.Flag
