    Comments: Firstly I booked for Kos ABC, changed that because FC changed sea view. Changed to Kefalongia ABC. No info from FC, cant get through to Customer Services, different message from booking line operators. No one seems to know that they're talking about, no one seems to care about our holidays. Changed to Pegasus Palace Turkey, had to pay extra to change and extra for holiday. Never book with First Choice again. Ever.

    Comments: We had booked for 6 June which was to be our Honeymoon. FC graciously allowed us to choose another holiday but we now have to go 1 week later. We would like to thank the person who posted a photograph of the beach on this Noticeboard as that was an added insult to the holiday on offer by FC. This is an excellent forum - well done and good luck.

You are obligated after taking their money to either re-imburse them fully or use your utmost effort to re-accomodate them on the island.     Comments: We are a party of 8, 4 adults & 4 Children due to go 30/7/06, I personally don't think it will be ready in time. We don't intend to be relaxing on a building site. FC have not been giving us correct info and are just fobbing us off. We have all been looking forward to this holiday & worked hard all year round for this We would be most upset & annoyed if FC don't give us alternitive accomodation to the standard that we had expected. And we will not pay anything extra, this is the least FC can do. We will also be writing to the Nick Knowles travel programme to this broadcast even more.

    Comments: I agree that First Choice have not dealt with these issues well enough. They've change their minds about facilities available and keep moving the goal posts. I am going to Kos on 31st and will expect it to be fully up and running as per the facilities etc in the brochure.

    Comments: After having our holiday cancelled to the Corfu Aqua Beach Club 4 months before we travelled ( the reason being the hotel had not secured planning permission), we have now been on tenderhooks regarding our alternative the Kos Aqua Beach Club, even trying to contact F.C. customer services is a frustrating and time consuming task, all we wanted was for them to allay our fears, they do not respond or get back to you they are the most arrogant and unhelpful people when you do get through to them alongside not answering any of our questions/worries never travel with F.C. is the lesson I have learned

    Comments: FC have acted in a totally unprofessional and deplorable manner with regards to the Aqua beach Clubs. We, (all of us) fully accept that things go wrong with new builds and scheduling can be interupted. However, the most annoying fact is that FC waited until just a few weeks before departure to tell you that holiday was cancelled. They should revise their contract ruling on this for future developments and increase this to at least 3 months to allow holidaymakers a decent chance to change plans. Surely a huge corporation such as Fc could have foreseen the problems and made decisions early refernece the new builds. We all did........ and had to awake the monster know as FC ......WAKE UP FC AND SMELL THE COFFEE
