Name: Scott And Lorraine Jones on Apr 30, 2006Comments: We were booked to go to KABC on the 27th June 06 over a year in advance,when we saw the KABC photos,we were shocked and rang FC on many occations only to be told that we were wrong and it was 4 weeks ahead of schedual which would have meant that kabc would have opened early april.How wrong this is,and we were treated with contempt when we were worried enough to change our holiday.As a result we will NEVER book through FC again. People have saved for a relaxing holiday - most of them have been in a state of total anxiety about it. A little honesty from First Choice would be welcome - if they can be bothered to respond at all.Flag

Now it seems we travel there on the opening day, so I guess we will never actual get there. Seems for 6 months I have been continuously lied to by uninformed first choise staff. I find their whole attitude to this situation absolutely appalling, Will NEVER book with them again.Flag

We were meant to be dept on 31st May for 2 wks but after many holidays were cancelled for May Departures we decided to cut our holiday to 1 wk dept 7th June. Although having shown our travel agent the recent pictures of the progress we are still be told that all facilites will be open and running for first depts on 24th May. I don't see how this can be based on the pictures we have seen. All we ask is that First Choice are honest with its customers about the progress so we can all have the holiday that we booked and longed for. Thank-youFlag
