We, the signatories to this petition, deplore the way that First Choice Holidays PLC are treating their customers who have booked holidays at the Kefalonia Aqua Beach Club and the Kos Aqua Beach Club. Despite their customers having up to date information and pictures regarding the lack of construction progress, First Choice have consistently denied any delay in the construction and were claiming that the Kefalonia Aqua Beach Club construction was four weeks ahead of schedule. As late as 1 May 2006 First Choice are claiming that the Kefalonia complex will be completed and all facilities available on 16 June 2006 despite photographic evidence showing that the construction is still behind schedule. We ask First Choice to be honest with their customers and to give a realistic completion date for ALL of the facilities.
