Explore whether the proposed contract pushed on Wilkerson with the demand of her waiving her constitutional rights of free speech and access to the courts is, in a difficult legal interpretation, unconscionable enough to pin liability even to a non-State, private actor. 17	Marta Rodriguez	San Luis	Aibonito	PR	It's outrageous that a conscientious doctor, very much admired by her patients should be deprived of her healing vocation, not for negligence in the performance of that job, but for her exercise of what is supposed to be a constitutionally protected right of expression in her own time and under her own name. Yet there's no doubt that if Dr. Wilckerson would have spent her personal time defending "Israel," an entity which not unlike the former apartheid regime of South Africa, is up to its gills in crimes of genocide, torture, and racism, this firing process wouldn't even be taking place. What kind of health facility fires a doctor for protesting during her personal time a regime that is at best racist and brutal?
