Comments: It sickens me to think the officials of this community hold their heads high and smile about there day after they release a man of this nature into a family community. Why don't you move him next door to the chief of police and his family if everyone deciding is ok with him being released.

Comments: I wish I had known about the meeting. I live with my 15 year old granddaughter not far from where man will be living. My granddaughter has been raped in the past and she is already living in fear of men like this. What do I tell her now. She has enough trouble with post traumatic stress disorder as a result of her rape -- when will it end for her or others like her

Comments: He should not be allowed to live in any residential area . There needs to be a place for all of these sick individuals. Allowing him to live here is just asking to put all of these small innocent children at risk. If this were my neighborhood, i guarantee i would be relocating.

Comments: With this scums past track record, why on earth would he be placed anywhere near a school or in an area with a population of children These types of people should never, ever, ever be given the chance to see the outside world again. There is no "payed my debt to society" when it comes to se4xual assault of a child. Let him rot in hell.

Comments: As the mother of a 15 year old survivor of sexual assault I can tell you first hand that the suffering does NOT stop when these offenders go to jail. My daughter is dealing with the effects of post traumatic stress disorder from her own rape experience which has gotten worse again since she found out that Mr. Knutson will be moving within a few blocks of our home. If there is anything we can do to help keep him away from this area please feel free to contact us. Having a 15 year old sleep on your bedroom floor out of fear is a very sad sight.

Comments: Knutson has not earned the right to remain in society, let alone our neighborhood. Our neighborhood, which houses an elementary school, where children walk to school. Our neighborhood, which is mostly tailored for single women/men...hard working families...tax paying middle class citizens.... by providing moderately sized homes. Electronic monitoring I do not believe, for one second, that this device will keep me and my family safe from this abominable creature named LINDON KNUTSON.

Comments: I live on East Buckeye and was not notified of this offender being placed into my neighborhood!! I live by myself and do not feel comfortable with an offender being placed this close to my home or the mutiple schools. There is one elementary school, a middle school, a high school and a private school all within walking distance. Not including the YWCA and mutiple churches/religious places also within walking distance.

Comments: I'm appalled that such an individual would be released so close to the YMCA, the schools, and the park. That is like putting an alcoholic in a room above a bar and hoping that he won't go downstairs for a drink.

Comments: Anyone one no matter what their crime should be able to live out the rest of their life free from persecution once they have done the time for there crime, but I think the state has done an extremely shitty job at relocating this gentleman. They should pull there heads out of their asses and relocate him to a nice apartment off the west beltline somwhere maybe Park street perhaps.

Comments: My 75 year old mother, a widow, living alone, has lived at 614 Morningside Avenue (yes, right next door to this violent sex offender) for more than 40 years. This is her home, her life. She will now be living in constant fear. Find somewhere else to put this criminial.

Comments: I don't feel that this is a safe location for a person of his record. There are WAY TO MANY temptations wiht him in this area. You can not tell me or convince me that he is rehabilitated at age 60 after looking at his record. Please reconsider this idea for the safety of the women and children of the neighborhood.

Comments: I have a 10y old and a newborn! How can this man be released into the public with such a violent history There is a school on Buckeye and a YMCA. Rehab has obviously not worked if he has a 40 year history of violent sexual crimes. When someone has to be on GPS and 24 hr survailance, maybe they are not "safe" to be in public, especially a neighborhood full of families and children!!!!!

Comments: I don't feel that this individual should be placed in any community. He is a violent offender, and should be put in a half way house for 24/7 monitoring. Historically it has been proven, that men with a violent sexual past CAN NOT be rehabilitated. So why put the rest of us at risk for this one I am tired of hearing about the perpetrators rights, what about societies right to be safe Just one more reason to bring back the death penalty here in Wisconsin.
