Knutson is a violent habitual sex offender with offences going back over 40 years. He has admitted to raping 10 women, and has been diagnosed with Paraphilia, a sexual disorder that often includes humiliating victims or making them suffer. He is a repeat offender, and has been in and out of prison and Mendota Mental Health Institute. This individual is at an extremely high risk of re-offending.
