   Comments (Why do you think the school shouldn't be shut down): I personally have been to 2 schools (TWS is one of them) and I'm currently in University and I could honestly say that NOTHING, ABSOLUTELY NOTHING was like my experience in The Westminster School. It was an amazing 5 year agreement between me and a wonderful community. And the 5th Year (the Sixthform) was honestly the best year of education I've ever been through

I was in this school since KG1 and ended it with grade 11. I would hate to see this school go down. Please don't let it die. :)

Just because there are financial restrictions that doesn't mean the school can be shut, a much better solution would be to increase the fees at least. This school has added so much to my personality, something that no other institute can do even a quarter of that, so no, TWS can not be shut down!

I've always mentioned it here in front of my friends how much I love TWS because it was a place that cared about our education, planting those little seeds of World Citizenship, Universal Values, Leadership Qualities and Forward thinking, more than it'd care about profit.

    Comments (Why do you think the school shouldn't be shut down): This school purpose, as GEMS always says, is to provide high quality education even to those who might not be able to afford expensive private schools. Now they are closing it down because it doesn't profit them anymore. That's against all that GEMS claims to stand for. They can't shut down TWS when it means so much to SO MANY people!

You CANNOT find a better education resource than this place other than hogwarts.     Comments (Why do you think the school shouldn't be shut down): The type of education, people, atmosphere, acceptance of culture and different beliefs and warmth you get to experience in Westminster, can't be found anywhere else and to shut this down signifies killing the thousands of memories of thousands of students and staff with just a mere declaration and that too based on not morality but solely on 'business'. We might be incomprehensive about business or raw in this field but it surely is not a gesture of humanity

With only 4800 students attending, the school is small enough to be able to find friends and a place to call home. That's why West is the best! We have the technology, the spirit to keep us alive. If the reason being for it shut down is because its rated 'acceptable' for 4 consecutive years with low fees, I think that's pathetic. Why don't you close down other schools who were rated acceptable and provide education in less fees but at a quality lower than ours? This is my question to the KHDA.

    Comments (Why do you think the school shouldn't be shut down): TWS was the school I was in from 2008-2011, also the school that my brother is attending at present. It was one of the most fun experiences I ever had. The teachers were friendly, so were the students, it was so easy to get along. But apart from that, being in TWS was not only beneficial for me, it was also beneficial for my family, it had a reasonable amount of tuition fees and the parents could definitely be confident that their children will get a good education. I would be greatly disappointed if the school I loved the most is shut down!

I was there from KG1 up to Gr9. It's filled with memories for many uncountable people. Even in the bus court, memories exist.
