    Comments: We already have lost most of the tradition in the game through the import of foreign managers and coaches, as well as the selling off of clubs to millionaire opportunists with little interest in the sport , who then tear down historical stadiums to build shiny new ones. If that wasnt enough, we now have to sit by and watch as the process of moving the whole competition abroad begins where in the end it will be like the Brazilian football team; a travelling circus.

    Comments: The only way I wouldn't mind this happening is if the money made would go straight into reducing season ticket prices. Year on year (especially as a Pompey season ticket holder) season ticket prices increase even though huge amounts of extra tv revenue has come into the game. Surely some of this extra money can be used towards lowering these prices

Are these the same League Managers, who, year in and year out, moan that the season is to congested, but are now prepared to fly thousands of miles to a match which could well decide the Premiership. I don't often agree with Michel Platini, but this time he has got it spot on. Scudamore should get his snout out of the trough and concentrate on giving genuine supporters a fair deal instead of sitting in his plush office, paid for by rank and file fans, with his guaranteed Cup Final ticket, and many other perks, instead of coming up with half-baked ideas like this !
