107 AnonymousPLEASE keep petaluma from the big build and the box stores. that type of commercial developement can ruin the special charm that we have going for us. otherwise it could be death to our downtown as we know it. lets also have a plan in place where NO MORE nail salons, hair salons, and skin care shops or bars can open in the downtown area, on the main shopping streets, that should be retail. i think we have more than enough don't you? it's important to have a good mix of shops to make shopping more interesting, and right now there are way to many of the same businesses.

130 Elizabeth SheltonI also would like to add a provision that any youth activities provided in the area that is displaced be compensated/relocated to another equally suitable site. It is not okay to trade baseball, soccer, paintball and skatepark activities for our youth without any consideration to our communities welfare!
131 LIsa DoronI am not a resident but do the majority of my "errands" in Petalume and feel very strongly about the community and the protection of it's local business. no, no, no to the big corporations.

138 rachel kaplanPetaluma doesn't need any more big box stores. Petaluma needs to be committed to its former character as a small town, as a place where people raised their children. We cannot afford any more environmental degradation brought on by out of control development. Petaluma is already overdeveloped, too crowded, too much traffic, too congested. For what? So we can go to target? NO THANK YOU. Do the right thing and turn the empty lot into a community garden, not a big box chain.
