| 47 | Diane Reilly Torres | Petaluma's Draft General Plan 2025 under Sustainable Building Require development on sites greater than ¼-acre in size to demonstrate no net increase in peak-day stormwater runoff.
With Petaluma's Business Parks vacancy rate over 30%, the City needs to implement the policy in the land use section, , 2-P-8 Maintain Business Park uses by monitoring availability of industrial land area for possible expansion of high employment businesses AND . Provide a review process to consider allowing retail components in conjunction with uses in the industrial/business park areas. |

| 50 | Donna Norton | Big Boxes are a blight on community development and sustainability. They rob the community of recirculated funds, cut out local suppliers, and replace the local identity with a "national brand." Talk about "leakage"! Our communities are hemorrhaging. Big Box products produced in third world countries, shipped across the globe, transported across the country to be sold at national chains in our communities with profits flowing out to national corporate headquarters is not a sound model to pursue. |
