   Comments: I think she needs to do the 45 days in jail that is the repercussions for her actions. Ignorance is not an excuse she is a legal adult and if it were anyone else they would have to take the punishment as given. Money does not put you above the law. She needs to be held accountable for breaking the law and it be more than just paying a fine, since that wouldn't have any impact on her. Maybe next time she gets behind the wheel of a car she will think about her time in jail and not indanger anymore lives by driving while intioxicated.
