Comments: If it were not for Jessica, I would not have joined the league! The women need to participate as much as the men and Jessica was instrumental in keeping my interest. This is a great league and without her involvement, you could potentially lose participation.

Comments: The PCW Basketball League is one of the best basketball leagues in which I have participated. And it is BY FAR, the best corporate basketball league I've ever been associated with. The high quality of the league is largely due to the efforts of Jessica Swedberg. She has gone above and beyond to make improvements to the league since she has been commissioner. The PCW Basketball League is a living advertisement for Corporate Sports Unlimited and is the primary reason that I (and others, I'm sure) have joined the PCW Fitness Center. I hold Jessica in the highest regard for her commitment to the excellence of the league. Shaun Brown

Comments: Jessica does a wonderful job in coordinating the league and provides helpful health tips and training. Thanks to her diligence and hard work I have been able to play this season without sustaining injury due to the preseason conditioning she provided. Jessica is a vital part of the league and if we lost her it would be very detrimental to the success and moral of the league. Please re-consider the decision to remover her from this position. v/r Anthony Person UNIX Systems Engineer Cox Enterprises

Comments: I am writing this letter to express my opinion on the recent announcement that Jessica Swedberg was no longer the commissioner of the PCW fitness basketball league located in the Mirant building. My opinions are completely one sided and selfish and since I have no idea why Jessica was reassigned I can only talk about how that move has impacted me and the majority of the players in the league. In a very short time, Jessica has taken our little lunch time basketball games, to a highly competitive and exciting premier league. Her work is on par or better than some the best run basketball camps that I have participated in as a player and coach. Jessica exemplifies what it means to "take it to another level". Nothing against the guys who came before her, but her dedication and compassion for physical "fitness" has created such a buzz through UPS, Cox and Mirant that we had over 75 men and women sign up for the league this season. Our league will certainly miss Jessica and the planning, marketing, organization and interpersonal skills she brings to not only the league but her overall job at PCW . I only hope that your decision to replace Jessica is based upon the realization that her skills are better utilized in other parts of the organization and this move is a promotion to bigger and better opportunities for Jessica and PCW. AJC. (1985) "New Coke was the unofficial name of the sweeter formulation introduced in 1985 by The Coca-Cola Company to replace its flagship soft drink, Coca-Cola or Coke. Properly speaking, it had no separate name of its own, but was simply the new version of Coke, until 1992 when it was renamed Coca-Cola II. Public reaction to the change was devastating, and the new cola quickly entered the pantheon of major marketing flops. The subsequent reintroduction of Coke's original formula led to a significant gain in sales. "

Comments: To Vice President and Regional Manager of Health and Wellness at Corporate Sports Unlimited: I have had the fortunate pleasure of playing in the league when Jessica was not the commissioner and playing in the league when Jessica became the commissioner. I have also had the pleasure of witnessing the growth of the league by not playing in the league as Jessica has progressed as the commissioner making my perspective unbias. Through her ideas, the league has flourished and participation has increased. It is the best I have seen it in two years. I have spoken with several people who are excited about the progress of the league as well as several people who look forward playing in the league in the future. I know this has been possible through the hard work Jessica has put forth and it would be detrimental if she is no longer the active Commissioner. I can personally say that I will not participate in future leagues if she is not the commissioner and have several colleagues who share my sentiments. Please reconsider this decision.

Comments: Jessica has successfully demonstrated leadership ability by conditioning new and veteran players prior to the season. This is the first year that the league contains a record number of female participation in co-ed basketball. Her drive and abilities has truly been an asset to PCW (Mirant, Arbys), UPS, and COX that has united the players to get to know one another collectively and not separated by companies, well diversified!

Comments: I could not agree more. I have been playing in the league for several years, and there has been a great increase in participation and competition since Jessica has joined. That is not a coincidence - the league will not be the same without her as a commissioner. I sincerely hope you will reconsider your decision. Thanks for your time.
