Towers High School has been in existence for many years being known for having the "traditional" school colors of maroon and silver. What is the reason for making this change now? Looking at a previous graduation and commenting that the colors looked "dull and boring" does not justify a valid reason for such a change. None of the students or parents were notified about this. Parental Involvement has always been mentioned in everything that is done within a school, so why is this not being done at Towers High School? As a way of showing unity within our community, we choose to make a stand by petitioning to keep the traditional cap and gown colors of staying as maroon for the males and silver for the females.
