March 1976 Wilma Louise Todd/Carey/Walls, took a cab to the grocery store. She left with the Cab driver and was found one week later. Beaten beyond recognition, every bone in her face broken, brutally raped repeatedly, then strangled and dumped on the side of the road in Columbus, OH. Thomas Eugene Kelley charged and convicted; however he took a plea bargain and was only given min 12 years for the rape and Max 50 years for the murder which he later confessed to. He is up for parole and we need this petition to stop his release.
