Comments: After doing everything possible to drive away retail customers it is not surprising that it has come to this. It is not surprising, and it is not acceptable.

Comments: I do not support the proposed closing of the Englewood and Ogden Park Post Office. Many people do not have vehicles or can afford public transportation and aren't able to go to other post offices outside the neighborhood. Some also do not feel safe outside of the Englewood/Ogden Park area.

Comments: This post office did not offer a full range of services/products, they lost my packages more than once, and there was always a fairly long line/wait - three reasons it didn't get my business more frequently. But a proper solution would be to make this post office better, not close it. This post office caused it's own demise, and that is completely unfortunate for residents who rely on it.

Comments: I support the call to maintain the Odgen Park Post Office and to relocate the Englewood Office to the Odgen Park. The Englewood Office is located at the site known as "Devil in the White City".The site needs to dedicated as a memorial site for the victims of the "castle" that visited the site and were soon after murdered.

Comments: This post office should be kept open.It has always needed better service which never seem to come. Maybe this is why they never tried to improve the service so people would be dicouraged about going there and, in turn to falsely justify closing it down.Better service anywhere promotes good business in return.

Comments: Englewood community needs and deserves to keep their post office in their community. Better service is needed, i.e window clerks, chose of postage stamps, and parking availability in front of the building. Many residents will be without postal services especially their post office boxes. Congressman Rush, save our Post Office!

Comments: I have sent a survey that was sent to me in the mail and I stated that it would be ashame for the Englewood Postal Office to close because that would mean people would have to travel on the bus or in the car to get to the nearest postal office, especially if they live near the Englewood Postal Office is very much needed in the Englewood Area, please don't close this office, because it is very much needed in the community.
