As people who love Boustan and can't imagine Montreal without it, we, the undersigned, urge Mr. Smaidi to reconsider his decision to put it up for sale, and we hope that somehow at least one of his sons would consider continuing this flourishing family business. Best food, and best service; this restaurant means a lot to us and we would hate to see it shut down. Please keep Boustan alive!
