    Comments: I personally feel offended that someone would even think of mentioning such a thing. I sincerely hope this case is closed and never mentioned again, it is ridiculous. Children are not forced to take part in saying 'The Pledge of Allegiance' If a mother or father do not wish for their child to recite the pledge, then it should be an issue that is dealt with at home, and explained to the child. There is supposed to be 'freedom of speech' in the country, people should be allowed to pledge allegiance to their country if they wish to do so, and others who don't feel the same way, should simply close their ears to it.

Why are they ruling to take it out of the Pleg now If the gentelman that doesn't want "under God" in the pledge he doesn't have to recite it. I think it is sad these Athiest make all these rules on taking God out of everything. The sad thing is, the court allows it. Another thing, the judge that approved it is an athiest. I'm sure when he took his oath, God was in it some where.
